About CP
Established as a mobile home park in 1982, Cottonwood Park has 50 Mobile/Manufactured Homes. Each owner has a share in ownership of the park, with an initial buy-in fee, and pays a 'home owners association' (HOA) fee to cover water, sewer, trash, road and greenspace maintenance, and outdoor boat storage.
